Classes
Classes consist of 6-8 players and run for 8 consecutive weeks on your selected day, time, and location. All players in a class must be within 6-8 months in age. Your coach will provide all equipment for class!

2–3yr Parent and ME
Major Focus: Social and Emotional Development, Fine and Gross Motor Development, Self-help Skills, FUN!
For this age group, it's important to encourage play, interaction, and positive reinforcement to support their social and emotional development. Additionally, engaging in activities that promote fine and gross motor skills, such as improving hand-eye coordination, and encouraging independence and self-help skills can enhance their self-esteem and autonomy.
3.5–4.5yr
Major Focus: Basic Ball Control, Coordination, Listening, Teamwork, FUN!
At this age children can begin to play with, and not just next to, one another. The focus is on fair play, teamwork, rules, and boundaries. We place extra importance on listening as it is essential for progressing to more advanced activities.
5–8yr
Major Focus: Technical Skills, Coordination, Agility, Sportsmanship, Teamwork, Rules, Terminology, FUN!
At this age players start to understand more advanced rules for games. This is when winning and losing can become tough. We help to guide them through handling victory and defeat with humility and respect. We teach them technical abilities while keeping it fun. This is also a time when we can start doing bigger team games. We think it is VERY important not to over coach at this age, but encourage trial and error.
